Using the Guidebook 1 Chapter 1: Using the Guidebook The intent of the Guidebook is to provide proponents with enough information about the clean energy industry in the Province of B. C., to assist them in their project planning, and to help them progress their proposed projects from the initial application stage through to development and operations.
