The research will be disseminated in Canada and internationally, and seeks to create a heightened awareness and to spark a discussion around technology and its ability to support adult education practitioners and learners in acquiring the digital skills needed in today’s society. [...] The report includes a review of recent literature on cloud computing, on the role of technology in literacy, and on the characteristics of adult literacy in Canada.
