Methodology The evaluation assesses the relevance, the results to date and the efficiency of the Initiative. [...] The adoption of the Strategic Framework in 2003 and the Strategic Plan in 2006 helped the Department to create such a vision, and the Initiative played a complementary role by giving the Department and its partners tools to implement the vision. [...] The work of the Steering Committee led to the development of the Strategic Framework in 2003 and the Strategic Plan in 2006. [...] This review will help to further develop and the performance measurement IPMB (Q3) the Steering Committee the network coordination model and take into framework in order to clearly identify the and the Francophone account the objectives identified by the Steering expected outcomes of the Francophone immigration networks. [...] This evaluation specifically focuses on the achievement of the immediate and intermediate outcomes of the Initiative, which in turn contribute to the immediate outcome of the Roadmap: “Community Development.” The horizontal evaluation of the Roadmap, coordinated by the Department of Canadian Heritage, will examine the full scope of intermediate results under the Roadmap.
