[...] A number of provinces and territories responded, and their input was reflected in the emission reductions identified in the 2010 Plan and reflected in the modelling of a baseline scenario. [...] The start date for the 2% requirement for renewable fuel in diesel and heating oil requirement has been conditional upon the successful demonstration of the use of renewable diesel under the range of Canadian conditions.
