[...] Evaluation Scope and Methodology The summative evaluation is focused on determining the longer-term impacts, outcomes, and cost-effectiveness of the Provincial Benefits and Measures, as well as assessing the achievement of the principles and guidelines as set out in the EI Act and Canada- New Brunswick LMDA. [...] The general view was that the LMDA improved the operation of the labour market through the provision of Labour Market Information. [...] Several program and service enhancements have been made over the years; however, it is the intention of New Brunswick to engage in a full program review to ensure that the programs and services are meeting the needs of today's client and the clients of the future.
