R ecognize and govern according to the Peace and Child and Youth Advocate’s 2010 report on the First Nations’ Friendship treaties and in accordance with the United child welfare system, and secure equitable funding from the Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous federal government for First Nations education and family Peoples (UNDRIP).
