Our education system has moved in a positive direction and it continues to improve to meet the needs of our students and the expectations of the public through initiatives aimed at: • reducing primary class size; • renewing the focus on professional development; • recognizing the importance of literacy and numeracy; • targeting resources and supports to the most vulnerable.
