The Roadmap builds on earlier progress and other federal government efforts to encourage the use of English and French across the country, and to improve the conditions that will enable official-language minority communities (OLMCs) – English-speaking Quebeckers and French- speaking Canadians outside Quebec - to flourish for the benefit of all Canadians. [...] The popular $40M Summer Linguistic duality is also promoted in the Canada Language Bursaries and the $20M Official- School of Public Service’s efforts to contribute Language Monitor initiatives enable young to the maintenance of second official-language Canadians to experience their second official skills and to the Government of Canada’ bilingual language in real-life dynamic settings.
