[...] The 1999 Survey of Innovation, Advanced Technologies and Practices in the Construction and Related Industries is the first survey of the innovation and advanced technologies and practices in the construction sector. [...] At the turn of the new century, the Canadian private sector is not resisting the lure of change — four out of ten private sector firms introduced technological change between 2000 and 2002.
