[...] If a large project has two acting directors, they should be drawn from both the academic and the community members; • Choose a recorder who will record and distribute the minutes of each meeting as well as a treasurer, who will report the financial information to the partnership; • Meet on a regular basis to discuss and evaluate the progress of the project; and • Report back to the partnership.
