The report identifies the exclusion of the Aboriginal population living on reserve in all Statistics Canada surveys except the National Household Survey and the Census as the most important lacuna in Canadian Aboriginal labour market information. [...] The first appendix provides information on a few issues encountered when analyzing Aboriginal data, the second appendix is a data quality assessment of the major surveys, and the Appendix Tables offer a summary of the discussions in this paper.
