[...] Comparator The publications included in the systematic review and all of the randomized controlled trials analyzed in this report used a placebo as the control in their investigations. [...] The most significant reduction occurred at the 13 week time point in the placebo group and was followed by the sertraline group and finally the mirtazapine group.
