The objectives of this evaluation are to assess the relevance, success, cost-effectiveness, design and delivery of the Intervention Policy, and to explore improvements to the policy and alternatives to it. [...] Policy Objectives and Expected Outcomes The purpose of the Intervention Policy is to permit the delivery of programs and services and maintain accountability while problem situations are being addressed; and to put the onus on the recipient to correct the problem situations.
