[...] For example, the FortisBC Small Business and Commercial Program is a comprehensive program that offers incentives for retrofits of lighting, HVAC, water heating, refrigeration equipment, digital controls, motors, and building envelope upgrades; the variety of offerings is suited to the diverse nature of the small commercial sector. [...] The energy audits and feasibility studies tend to be funded by the program administrator up to a pre- determined limit, and program participants are responsible for paying the portion of the study not covered by the program.
