What leadership is : Kathleen Wynne's plan for Ontario

2014

We will continue to push the federal government to come to the table so that we can provide affordable ac- cess to medication for all Ontarians, building on the success of the Ontario Drug Benefit and other programs. [...] Over the next four years, we will continue to invest in home care to provide better care, faster, to more people, and we will invest in those working in the home care sector to reduce turnover rates and increase quality. [...] Now, it is time to take the next step; we know that gridlock and commute times are ruining our quality of life, and the congestion on our roads and highways is an impediment to attracting business and jobs. [...] We need an aggressive and serious investment in transit in the GTHA, in roads and bridges across the province, and in social infrastructure that supports the fabric of our society. [...] We will have a fair, evidence-based, inclusive process for deciding which projects will receive funding, and when and how they are built, based on the benefits to communities and to Ontario as a whole.
