Adapting Sustainable Forest Management to Climate Change: An Analysis of Canadian Case Studies © Canadian Council of Forest Ministers, 2013 This report is a product of the Climate Change Task Force of the Canadian Council of Forest Ministers. [...] The goal of phase 2 was to equip members of the forest sector with a suite of tools and state-of- the-art information to enable them to make better decisions about the need for adaptation and the types of measures that may be most beneficial. [...] The leaders of each case study were interviewed and asked about three aspects of the case study: the enabling factors that led to establishment of the project, the results of the project, and how the results will be incorporated into policy or practice. [...] The diversity of approaches, landscapes, and areas of focus in these case studies provided a rich variety of Proactively and effectively adapting SFM to climate experience that will help vulnerability practitioners in change requires an understanding of the highly carrying out similar assessments in the future.
