Strengthening primary health care through primary care and public health collaboration

By gaining a stronger understanding of the nature of existing collaborations and the structures and processes that support and hinder their success, this program of research has begun to answer how to create and enhance future PC and PH collaborations. [...] The culmination of this work has resulted in the development of an ecological framework that represents the nature of collaboration and factors that can influence the development and maintenance of successful collaborations.
