The aim of this project, "Optimizing the Collaborative Practice of Nurses in Primary Care Settings," was to facilitate nurses capacity to practice to the full extent of their knowledge and skills, including population health and health promotion, in a primary care setting. A multi-pronged approach was used, building upon findings from recently completed research on nursing in primary care settings.
