Ambient air monitoring protocol for PM2.5 and ozone : Canada-wide standards for particulate matter and ozone

"This Monitoring Protocol responds to the commitment by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) in the Canada-wide Standards (CWS) for Particulate Matter (PM) and Ozone to establish and maintain a monitoring protocol to ensure the comparability of monitoring data. This Monitoring Protocol is intended as a reference tool for jurisdictions and the public on the operation and coordination of ambient monitoring programs in support of the CWS for PM and Ozone. Such coordination allows for the analysis of ambient air quality trends, the assessment of regional source-receptor relationships, the analysis of transboundary air quality and the design of implementation plans."
