[...] Justice: Improving The Civil Justice System in the Social Communication World The Civil Justice System and the Public Is vital to Canada's democratic society. [...] The project goal was to make specific and clear recommendations for effective change that will ultimately improve access to the civil justice system by increasing the ability of the system to hear, involve, and respond to the public. [...] Examples of these questionnaires are provided in Appendix A. As an addition to the main CJSP research, one of the project partners, the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice (CIAJ), requested that we send an adapted version of the interview questions to all of their members, the majority of whom are members of the judiciary. [...] The CJSP took the position that good communication practices are essential to public understanding of the justice system, and that effective lines of communication must be present within the system as well as with the public.
