[...] The report entitled Report of the Expert Panel on Science Issues Related to Oil and Gas Activities, Offshore British Columbia represents a consensus of the views of all of the Panelists whose names appear on the title page. [...] After the Panel is appointed, the terms of reference are reviewed jointly by the Panelists and the sponsor; the Panelists must formally indicate their acceptance of a final Terms of Reference before their work can proceed.
