[...] The impact on local confidence Finally, CMSMs and DSSABs have worked hard to create community momentum and collaboration for an early learning and child care program to the benefit of children and families in their communities. [...] The recent policy initiatives emerging from the provincial government— the new Early Learning Program, the Poverty Reduction Strategy and the Provincial-Municipal Fiscal and Service Delivery Review being three examples—have signaled a provincial interest in working collaboratively with municipal service system managers for the benefit of Ontario’s families and children.
