Integrated Planning Process and Development of Service Plan involves the preparation of individualized and coordinated plans to provide supports and services to individuals and families affected by the disability. [...] Negotiations with the federal government are also ongoing, and it is expected these new resources will help to create a “Made in Saskatchewan” approach to child care and early learning that responds to the needs of families and communities in the province. [...] It provides a framework for population all children and young people have the opportunity and health promotion work within the province and focuses on supports they need for healthy development, and success in changing conditions and environments in which people live, school and life. [...] Service Plan (Care Plan) – A series of goals, interventions and responsibilities that provide a cohesive and integrated approach to address the identified strengths and needs of the client.
