The Senate concurred in that report and sent a message to the House of Commons on the same day.7 Notably, RIDR amended the bill to broaden the scope of the following aspects: the definition of “harassment and violence,” the purpose of Part II of the Code, and employer duties in relation to workplace harassment and violence.
