Summative evaluation of the Class Grant Program for the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund (RCNBF)

The RCNBF relieves distress and promotes the well-being of eligible applicants: men and women who are members or former members of the Naval Forces of Canada, and their dependants; and war veterans of the Merchant Navy, and their dependants. [...] From the number of applications each year to the RCNBF, the high approval rate of the applications and low withdrawal rate, and the collection of positive client comments that are selected and posted in the RCNBF Annual Reviews, there are strong indications that the RCNBF is satisfying the needs of its client base.
