Toad crab occur as a by-catch in the lobster and snow crab The majority (94%) was landed at Glace Bay. [...] A small amount was concentrated their effort to the west and east of the landed as a by-catch in the snow crab fishery. [...] The average catch of females and sublegal 10 males was consistently less than the average catch of 0 legal males except for a period in mid-September.
