Program evaluation of research and development in the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Forces

Accompanying these changes has been the development and implementation of management and administrative initiatives to accommodate DND’s new R&D governance structure and the requirement to have in place research and development programs that provide an R&D capability which supports the strategic direction of the Department and the CF.
